Spiking Neural Networks

SNNs

I have two primary goals with this project. First, I want to spend some time learning about the various spiking neural network toolboxes that are available. Second, I want to try doing some basic neuroevolution with them. I really like getting into the low level details of evolutionary algorithms so I would like to do the evolutionary part without toolboxes. But I am also open to using some toolboxes if they seem cool or are tightly integrated with the SNN toolbox.
